Motor troubleshooting and replacement, controls and starter work, panel maintenance and equipment re-terminations during moves. Electrical work is staffed to meet the licensing rules of the state and the site.

HVAC/R & process cooling
Rooftop units, make-up air, chillers and refrigeration serving production and cold storage. Preventive maintenance routes and repair calls.

Process & utility piping
Leak repair, valve replacement, spool changeouts and tie-ins on water, air, steam and process lines, coordinated with your isolation and permit procedures.

Pumps, gearboxes & drives
Removal, inspection, rebuild coordination and reinstallation of rotating equipment, with alignment records handed back to maintenance.
